Video pole

An amelioration of a mechanical video pole. The main target is to control wirelessly the camera on pan/tilt directions.

In the 1st release, some problems have been outlined:
- Important holding torque needed => Important electrical consumption
- Not enough stiffness

A 2nd release, lighter, without holding torque needed in static position,
